I've just got back into work after a works lunch which basically involved going to a really nice pub in town, being bought food and drinks and talking to interesting people from a publishing company about music for two hours.

I had a goats cheese and black grape salad and a pint of guiness, it was warm and cosy, i'm very happy now.
