I'm helping my sister after her CD drive snapped off her PC so she got it repaired. Having just got it back it appears it hasn't been repaired as such, but just given a new drive below the old one. But now it fails to read CDs and when I try to burn MP3s it says that "No drive is found"

So... has she been conned or is there something I need to do for the new drive to be recongnised.

Any help??
