So my dad has offered me a weekend of father-son bonding, doing all the exciting things we do as father and son like tlaking about books and going to art galleries. I have been given a choice of Riga, Latvia and Tampere, Finland.

Has anyone been to either of these places?
Which would you all suggest?
Are there any books set in either that I could read whilst there?
