We have a party at The George Tavern on Commercial Street. Fidel Villeneuve's Applicants and The Open Mouths play the songs from their 7" (out next Monday in An Indie Store Near YOU!!!!) and debut new material. The George Tavern is a brilliant creepy old boozer in Whitechapel (nearest tube: Aldgate East) where Martin from Selfish Cunt and a cast off MySpace mini-celebs (Aurora the Geordie retro-50's beehive-sporting femme-fatale/hardcase anyone?) work the bar, and one corner piled with ancient records that they DJ all day long. It's a really cool. You should totally come. It's £3 and it's open late-ish coz it's a Friday innit.
