I went to an all you can eat restaurant last night and I think I might have broken my stomach. I have yet to eat anything today and I'm not sure I can face anything.

Does anyone else see the 'All You Can Eat' sign and just think it's a challenge in the hope you might get to leave with rosettes and be in the local paper?

I just eat it so fast that I'm way too full before I even realise it.

It only cost £2.95 too. Anyway, I'm full. Any advice?
