I am watching The Price is Right (my excuse: I have been off work sick for two days and my brain is addled), and I decided to take part interactively in the Showcase Showdown by guessing what all the tat cost and adding it all up. I made it £9.5k, but apparently it was worth £17k. Does this make me a cheapskate, or do I just not understand the value of money?
