im trying to send an email to one of my lecturers, and its popped up all these boxes before its letting me send, first just ones like 'type your email address' etc, but now its asking me what my incoming mail server is, and then the same question again but in a different box and then what my outgoing SMTP server is?!

i dont fucking know! does anyone?
