What do you wear to bed?

I have slept naked since I was 13. That's nigh-on half a decade.

But upon a recent night, i stayed at someones house and tried to sleep in a shirt and underwear. I woke up minus the shirt. :(

I think I've become unable to sleep in clothes, and it worries me.
