I just finished writing out a job application in an e-mail. I thought it was quite well worded, but I'd already mentioned my name in the body, and I couldn't think of any way of ending it without using "Yours sincerely". So I just put "Cheers!" and rammed Send. Now I hate myself. It sounds horrible in my mind, like I finished a polite, worthwhile conversation by slapping them on the arse and going "see you round, fuckface!". Or something. Am I being hypersensitive?
