Sarah is off to sunny Swindon, so KP and I have spare room in our lovely flat.

We live: in Bethnal Green, a 5 minutes (MAX) walk from the tube.
We are: both GURLS and v nice ones at that.
The flat: is smallish, but perfectly formed, with everything you’d expect (kitchen, bathroom, living room with excellent view)
The room: is fairly large
The rent: is £490pcm inclusive of EVERYTHING unless you plan calling Russia regularly or something.
