i've had a headache for the best part of 4 days now, all around my head, going down into the top of my neck.

does anyone know what this might be, i have no other symptoms. could it be a 'mental' thing, like stress or something?

seeing as the place to be for doctors with nothing better to do with their time than diagnose complaining people, i thought i'd share this.
