Just had a call at work - clearly a sales call - they want to send me some sort of crap brochure 'that managers can get discount on office blah' - I said "ok send me your crappy brochure", as I've done dreg-esque sales before and then she says "As its addressed to you I have to send it to your home address" which I thought suspicious and she said "well we call professional people between 9 and 5 as they will be at work then", to which I retorted something about her being being part of a scam to get people's addresses in london and then someone goes round to burgle them - she was very inistant and put the phone down when I mentioend this fact.

So was this a new scam?
