I just made a really good sandwhich.....
okay 2 slices of bread an ever so thin layer of butter followed by a thick layer of philladelphia then 2 slices of smoked salmon and a squeeze of lemon and pinch of ground pepper for zest followed by two slices of fried bacon and a fried egg on top.....the egg has to be runny to combine with the lemon and salmon to produce a flowing effect of loveliness....finallyuse the excess egg juice to be mopped up with your crusts.
