There are some bottom of the pile type builders outside my flat doing some 'work' and they're listening to what I think is a radio and eerily they are listening to some station that is broadcasting John Peel - unless they have a tape recording of his shows, but really, would estuary accented builder in Arsenal 1998 team colours really be big fans of Peel enough to tape his shows and then play them 'on site' -= surely they'd be listening to talk radio? am 100% convinced it is Peels voice - eerie!
