I'd set up a rehearsal and recording studio in London.

It would be clean, cheap enough, good location, open decent hours and most importantly, bands could hire out some studios on a 6-month/yearly basis.

I reckon this would make an absolute mint. I know what bands want, and it's not the shit studios that currently exist.

Sooo, any suggestions on what you'd like to see in a rehersal studio and secondly, anyone know any good areas?
