i think this is absurd. yes England are shite are penalties, but in essence it's hard rocket science, and "deducting a player" every odd minute as Blatter suggested would make the game more individual based, as he tries to agure AGAINST individual based solutions.
other option he suggests is a replay. sorry but if the world cup final were to be replayed it would be the ultimate anticlimax ever. the carling/milk/whatever cup used to do this, i rememebr middlesborough being taken close by some minnow, then just destroying them in the replay. and it SUCKED.
Perhaps i'm being harsh on this example but Blatter he seems so inept at making usggestiongs on football, yet hes the head on FIFA, it's unbelievable. his final comments about too high salaries are about 5years too late, and, bearing in mind he gets a stupid sum, pretty ironic. fucking twat.
