a friend and i are trying to find rooms somwhere between SOAS and Goldsmiths for the last few weeks and time is running out. from anyone's experience here is such a thing likely without paying extortionate wallet fillings? Also, as a frequent (but not chaining) smoker should "no smokers" definitely send me running [when it comes to renting]?
