sandwiches.
now, i have just had one of two sublime tuna mayo with chopped red pepper and lettuce sandwiches i made for today and it was fantastic. usually i overdo the mayo and the bread goes all soggy before i even get to college, but today the balance was just right.
i have half a pepper left in the fridge at home and all the other ingredients available to me and, as great as that sandwich was, i'm feeling like i could make it better somehow. any suggestions?
also, what is the BEST home-made sandwich you have ever had?
