Opodo just charged me £15.65 on top of the £780 air fare because I had the cheek to pay with a fucking credit card rather than a debit card.

It would take at least 3 days for that money to move from my savings. The fuckers must know most people would have to use a credit card.

I am now contacting consumer direct to see if anything can be done. :-(
