trying to get jobseekers allowance, what with me being skint and looking for a job.

after talking to me for 20 minutes on the phone, the woman asks "are you good on the phone?"
i found this amusing.

then she booked an appointment for me. when she told me it was at 9am, i said "sorry, im in the hospital then"
to which she said "well its too late now - youve agreed to the booking"

how exactly could i have booked an appointment without even knowing what time id booked for?
