last night my dad brought home from france a package of meaty stuff called Pâté de tête.

i made a joke about it being made out of heads.

today i got curious and ate some.

it wasnt as Pâté-y as i was expecting.

it was suspiciously dogfoody. and brains-y.

i look at the ingredients;
80% tête de porc.

pig head.

i finished my slice, but shall never return.
