Out of interest - this is due to James' (I think) comment in the lawsuits thread - what do people think this word means?

I've always assumed it meant someone was a bit of an idiot but the internet has taught me that some people take it to mean that you're a peadophile, which seems a bit of a leap.

Just wondering what most people here think it means.
