There's a guy on our floor right now whose job is to fix PCs but he looks ridiculous. His head is all shaved (and his hair's black so he's got black stubble all over it) but for a really long curly tuft at the front that's got blonde bits dyed into it. And he's wearing a something like a 20s gangster outfit: black double-breasted suit with impossibly wide white pinstripes and those brogue type shoes with the white bits on. The only things missing are socks with suspenders: he's opted for grey popsocks. I'm actually somewhat in awe that he honestly thought "Ah yes, that's the outfit I need for work."
He beats the guy with the goatee and three-piece suit who always looks like a renegade from the Magic Circle, or at least from a role as Moriarty in the hammiest Sherlock Holmes drama ever...
