Emmenthal. Yes it's a great cheese but is there really any need for the holes in it any more? Yes, it was fun and they have it in cartoons but HELLO, the novelty has now worn off and I want more cheese, not holes.

Do they pump the holes into it or do they naturally occur?

I was just cutting a nice block of Emmenthal and it was full of fucking holes. Same with Aeros. Anyone who chooses an Aero over a solid chocolate bar is a momo.
