I know this is a bit dim, but nevermind. I have some scanned pictures which the program i am using (an interactive whiteboard program) is ignoring, I presume because they are too large although only about 200kb each.

I am working on a fairly basic PC in terms of programs ie. no photo editing software..is there an easy way/program that will make them smaller? ta
