Angry-time...

I got a letter from a debt agency claiming I owe my university £841, and if I don't pay up by Aug 25 they'll take legal action. I figured it was some kind of admin error since this is the first I ever heard of this debt, and given that I left uni over a year ago. After being passed repeatedly between the Student Loan Company, my LEA and the debt people, I found out that for some reason they reassessed me in Jan this year. Some fuckwit sent the invoice to my old term time address even though all other correspondence had gone via my parents house. The upshot is I have to pay this or lose my one working thumb. How the fuck can they decide after you graduate 'actually, we didn't get enough money off you when you were at uni, give us £800 quid more'? I'm not a happy lad...
