High ceilings, brilliant kitchen, roof terrace, an easy bendy bus away from Shoreditch / Soho, very near the North London Line, walking distance / short bus ride from Highbury tube. Very decent room with big windows. £460 a month. Slightly over what you might pay for some places, but it really is a cut above most flats I've seen in Hackney.
