Apparently this is a very confusing order at our local Tesco, to the point where I wonder why they have them behind the counter at all.

At first I got a confused look, then a pack of Benson and Hedges, then, when I said "the matches, the yellow and green and red box, no cigarettes", a box of normal safety matches was added to the pile.

Finally when I was pointing so hard I was practically touching the bastards, he got it. This isn't the first time that's happened there.

I always thought they were 'iconic' in the match world and everyone must know Swan Vestas. WTF?
