its about a teenager that is an aspiring amateur boxer and lives on a farm with his uncle who is a mechanic/metal sculptor

one day the boy (whos name is lee lawrence)...is helping his uncle (lary lawrence)...with some mechanical work and his arm gets severed. after being in hopsital recovering, lee comes back home to live with larry, who is wracked with guilt about the boy losing his arm and throwing away his boxing career....so he decides to make lee a new arm from metal and mechanical parts.

with lee's boxing skills and his bionic metal right arm, he is able to punch with super human strength and soon finds himself taking up a vigilante/crimefighting existence.
