Getting out of an annoying habit
I've noticed in recent times that when presented with a problem, or something that I have to think about, I suck through my teeth. No-one has said anything about it, but it annoys the hell out of me. I've thought to myself for about a week that I need to stop it, but then I go do it anyway. Work, shops, anywhere. Short of electric shock treatment, how do you train yourself to do something (or not do something)?
