But honestly. This series was surely nothing special? Just two guys running around dressed as a Wham! tribute band and trying to arrest druggies?

And given it's Michael Mann directing I'm guess this film will be about an hour longer than it needs to be and suck, frankly. Heat was shit; Manhunter was shit. Fucking hell. I hate this whole "Let's make films from 80s TV shows" shit, but Miami Vice is surely scraping the barrel by a long way? What's next? Manimal the Movie?
