then, after his death, his friends play it.

the same way he died in the game.
the 'gripping' climax had 'hutch' and anna from the o.c. climbing a tower, setting fire to it (which brought about flashbacks from a terrible fire in hutch's childhood that both his parents died in) and then they escape.
i'm sorry if i just spoilt it for anyone, but seriously, that £3.50 i just spent on the film is the worst money i have ever spent.
