My bloody wisdom teeth have started up again :( INTENSE PAIN!

And how come when im trying to get bits of this lovely chocolate muffin in my mouth, it KILLS, but when i open it normally or talk, it doesn't?

How can I stop the pain? Suggestions please beautiful people of Dis.
