i bought an N64 off Ebay and it arrived today - £38 including P&P, with 6 games and 4 controllers. it was supposedly in 'good, working condition' but it keeps freezing when i play the games.

basically, is there any way i can get that lying fucker of a seller to hand me my money back (i used paypal)? or is the whole complaints process too complicated and messy, as i fear it may be?
