Well so says Kohfi Anan (sp?). He reckons it was a deliberate attack on the UN observers because (as best as I could understand this morning) the bunker was hit and then when people went in to help, it was hit again.

Four of them are dead. Israel obviously denies this. I'm not sure why they would attack the UN staff, either?
