I know there is a large percentage of people who don't have jobs on this board but for the small lot who DO, and who are self employed or can work from home, HOW THE HELL DO YOU DO IT?
I find distractions constantly... making eggs on toast, more tea, phone calls, laundry, dogs, changing music... blah blah...
No self discipline whatsoever. Depsite my absolute best intentions.

And it's raaather hot still...
