Hello there. We're a band called 'A Genuine Freakshow'. In a few months we fear we will be losing our drummer and so we're on the hunt for a new one.

What we're looking for? Someone who...is committed, has a deep deep love of music, has a varied taste in styles and genres, that believes the only job worth having on this earth is to play in a band, and finally...is a good laugh - we don't ask for too much now do we :)

Age isn't really a problem but for social reference, our ages span from 20-25.

Experience of gigging is much preferred, but you don't have to have sold out wembley stadium by any means.

We are currently gigging regularly around London, Oxford, Reading and High Wycombe (which is where we are based). Living close isn't necessarily required, but its all down to you on a personal level. How far would you be willing to travel twice, maybe 3 times a week?

We are also in the pipeline for a couple of festival appearances this coming summer. So we need someone who is available readily, doesn't have a lot of other committments and will put the band as their first priority.

At the minute we are unsigned, but we are under management, have some interest from labels and lawyers and have a couple of tasty showcase-type gigs coming up. We hope to the powers that be, that it's only a matter of time.
