Our shared rehearsal room in Manor House has a space for a third band. You'd be sharing with two considerate, professional bands. We manage the space via a shared calendar, there's usually lots of time available including evenings and weekends if you want to use it as and when or you can book in regular slots, it's very flexible. Room comes with drum kit (not incl. cymbals), guitar cabs and vocal/instrument PA. The room will comfortably fit a four piece band, five would probably also be fine. Probably room to store a drum kit too if required. PM with email for pics.

The room is in a popular secure complex of rehearsal spaces located on an industrial estate with 24hr security. Access is 24hr. The total room rent is £500 which we split evenly across the three bands so £167 per band.
