So I'm in a GBV cover band called Band Of Pricks with three other dudes and our drummer recently returned to the motherland, Australia. Boo. This makes it impossible for him to play with us anymore as it's just a little too far to come.

We want a solid and confident drummer to perform the main set with us. You'll have to learn 40 songs, so being a GBV fan and familiar with the songs already would be a big help, but isn't essential. What is essential is that you learn the songs inside out and will be ready to play them on April 20th, with maybe just three or four rehearsals. Despite being 40 songs it actually only corresponds to about 90 minutes music.

We're expecting a packed room, about 150 people. Last year was great - it was like actually being in GBV! This year we have a special guest - big GBV fan and superstar actor Paddy Considine, so we're expecting a sell out (last year was damn close as it was!). We can pay you some money and buy you a beer or two. Who wants to do it?
