it gets a bit discouraging when you post so many of these ads with no positive replies but here we go again:well im from Uxbridge in London im cool for anywhere in london really. i play guitar sing and write songs. Im into a broad-ish variety of music but i guess im mainly into guitar based music. It's quite hard to actually name influences sometimes, because i have no real set ideal of what i want to sound like other than good (well maybe a bit more than good...) probably amongst my most played in the last 5 years or so would be Early Manic Street Preachers, The Smiths, The Clash, Joy Division, The Velvet Underground, Lou Reed in general, The pixies, been listening to a fair bit of bob marley lately, Sleater Kinney, Jeff Buckley, The Sex Pistols, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, The libertines, British Sea Power, Crashland, Rage Against The Machine, David Bowie, Suede, New Order, Blur minus the last 2 albums,The Cure, some are more favoured than others and theres a lot that ive missed out but you get the idea.
