Very experienced London drummer looking for band that makes a lot of noise/does things 'differently'.

Influeneces in no particular order. : Fugazi, Sonic Youth, Deus, Don Cab, Do Make Say Think, Shipping News, Godspeed, Chavez, Faraquet, Bluetip, Charlottefield, Bob Tilton, Television, Slint, Tortoise, Dianogoh, Cinemechanica, Minus The Bear. Loads of other stuff too from jazz to electronica to folk to indie stuff, but I'm sure you get the idea.

Particular foible: time signature fetishist
Also: can sing, write stuff
Also: can make award-winning beer.
