Duo with synths and guitars+pedals/effects would like a drummer and synth/guitars/tapes player.

Drummer should be like a metronome if possible. If you are interested in using and hitting off samples then even better.

What we're doing isn't exactly like that - we're making more agressive and noisier stuff now, along with more ambient tracks too. Violent/calm, quiet/loud, fast/slow etc.
