I've been playing in original bands (well 2) for the last 10ish years and have played alot of different venues around the UK. So i thought it might be good to share some opinions on the best (and maybe worst) venues in the land. maybe even share some live photo's/clips of them (if thats alowed mod's). I've played the Liverpool Academy and that was probably the best set up for sound and lighting etc, but my favorite place to play was always a pub called The Dudly in Rhyl north wales.. its closed now but in its day it was a great sweaty intense little venue. the room was tiny compared to most, but that just added to the whole feel of the place..
