I need to buy an electro-acoustic at pretty short notice.

Can anyone recommend a particular guitar or brand?
Suggest the sorts of questions I should be asking when I'm shopping for one?

I have a budget of around £300, and I need something that provides a good all-round sound for accompanying vocals.
