Looking to put my band back together after a hiatus of a few years. I need a committed bass player and drummer who, in an ideal world, would like to make music for a living and dedicate as much time as possible to it.

I have a handful of songs ready and some rough live demos, but am looking for creative people who can help with the songwriting, jam and bounce around ideas. This has to be a collaborative effort and backing vocals are also necessary.

My stuff has been likened to My Bloody Valentine, Ride, The Stones Roses, Beck, Smashing Pumpkins, Belle & Sebastian, and Nick Drake amongst others.

Other influences/favourites include Dinosaur Jr, Rolling Stones, Beatles, Sonic Youth, Beta Band, Super Furry Animals, Big Star, Beach Boys, The Who, Stooges, Velvet Underground, Verve, Shellac, Led Zeppelin, Slint, Flaming Lips, Byrds, Olivia Tremor Control, Sebadoh, Can, British Sea Power...you get the idea. Anything good with strong melodies, basically.
