We are a 4 piece indie-rock band signed to a highly regarded indie label and are looking for a new lead guitarist to join, as our current one is leaving the band at the end of the year.

We have just released our debut album, which has been received very well. We have also had a lot of evening radio play on Radio 1 and 6 Music, and both our pre-album singles were Lamacq singles of the week.

We are based in South London / Surrey, but also have ties to Brighton. We aren't generally regular rehearsers, but anyone wishing to join would need to be able to get to south London or Brighton regularly in early January to be taught the current songs, and work on a selection of new songs we plan to demo shortly in anticipation of recording our second album in the spring.

Our influences are wide ranging, but we have been compared to Dinosaur Jr, Archers Of Loaf, Guided By Voices, The Replacements, Pavement, REM, Nirvana, Weezer, Pixies, Built To Spill, and stuff like that.

The current songs aren't tough to play, but you'd have to be a competent and confident live player, and willing and able to play regular shows in London and the surrounding areas, and tour more widely at times.

Most importantly, you have to be fun, easy to work with, and charismatic.
