I've just moved back to Glasgow again after living away in New Zealand for a while, and I'm looking to get back into a band. I'm a bassist.

Ideally looking to form a two or three piece band, so finding a good drummer is the most important thing. If you like Dale Crover, I'll probably like you, otherwise just looking for someone who hits the drums pretty hard and likes their ride cymbal. Guitarists-wise, I'd be looking for someone who likes a bit of fuzz and noise, but can also hold a tight riff together.

Influences? Big sleazy rock, erring on the heavy side: Big Business, Torche, Melvins, DFA1979, Motorhead, Trail of Dead, Goatsnake, Kyuss, High on Fire, Sleep, Om, Winnebago Deal.

Also into a bit of drone/noisy stuff too a la Earth, Khanate, Boris, even MBV's noisier moments.
