Chasing Melfina require a drummer to complete their 3-piece alt. rock lineup. Influences include Smashing Pumpkins, My Vitriol, Manics, Deftones, Queenadreena, Muse etc. I, the inger/guitarist, am the bass player of This Is Not A Dead Transmission, who are currently working on a debut album and playing national dates. However, I really fancy airing my own songs and musical ideas in an equally large and ambitious project, so I'm looking for an individual who is willing to put in lots of time and commitment to make this work!

Age doesn't really matter, as long as you're not really old. I'm 19 myself, and the bass player has turned out to be 16- just looks a bit older and plays well above his years.

Obviously, this is a new project, so there isn't really anything to hear, so you'll have to check out my other project at www.myspace.com/thisisnotadeadtransmission to get a vague idea of what I'm like.
