Seeking band. I've been playing for 8 years now and want to play, or meet up with any interesting guitarists. I'll be based in Brighton for the conceivable future, but am currently staying in Portsmouth 'til October, so I'm willing to try out anything from around that area as well.

To be honest I'm mostly looking for a band that's got balls and is doing something different. That's as much of a description as you're going to get. I don't mind dedication if you're the right band and I have my own kit (no own transport though, sorry, but things can be arranged). I'm mostly into heavy intelligent stuff, but here's my current musical taste:

Basically, if any of those bands with the ten ratings are your faves too, then get in touch! Otherwise, anyone with passion, power and thumping good tunes would be fine, so long as you're not mindless indie, pop-punk or whatever the current trend is at the moment.
I've been playing for 8 years and have gigging experience with 4 or 5 Magicians, and can do some pretty complex stuff if need be, so don't be afraid of that.
