I'm a singer/guitarist based in North London and I'm looking at putting together new band.

I want to find a group of guitarists who are into these bands (The National, Ryan Adams, Grizzly Bear).

Ideally I want to find people who are full of ideas (not just for song structure but for melody too) and confident enough to share them with a group of other musicians.
